It was founded in 2020 with the goal of solving the global privacy dilemma and enable the open data economy, where data can be used and shared freely and privacy guaranteed. We offer privacy-preserving synthetic data to unlock your data and take away legitimate privacy concerns.

Role Description

  • Leading Syntho in the realization of its growth ambition
  • Your key responsibility will be Marketing and Sales
  • Find and identify new product / market opportunities and define a strategic plan how to realize them
  • Identify and actively engage with key clients, prospects and stakeholders
  • Manage and build the sales funnel. This ranges from smart lead generation, targeting new prospects to setting up a strategic Go-to-Market plan
  • Actively participate in face-to-face business development activities like introduction meetings, follow-ups, pitches and demos
  • Write content, proposals, articles and other marketing materials, such as our public website, social media and videos
  • Representing Syntho at conferences, seminars and related networking events to identify new opportunities in the market

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Who we need?

Someone with smart and novel ideas how to realize our growth ambitions.

  • A startup mindset and ambition to work in a tech-startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Ability to become proficient with our solution quickly and understand our products’ technical capabilities
  • 1-5 year experience with marketing and / or sales, ideally in a startup environment
  • Experience with (quality) lead generation and building sales funnels
  • Experience with smart data-driven sales and smart data-driven marketing
  • Willingness (and having the ambition) to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
  • You like writing content, have experience with copy writing and / or storytelling
  • Ideally, experience with SEO
  • Energetic and proactive personality
  • Professional fluency in English
